This pigment primer will up the sporkle and shine on your multichromes and loose pigments and help them stay in place all day! 

use with any shimmer-pressed or loose. Apply some on the back of your hand and use a finger or brush to apply evenly to the lid. Stamp/tap pigment or shadow on top
